1. Program Description
Vantari Group, LLC (“Vantari Group,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates an SMS/text messaging program (the “Program”) used to communicate with customers, prospects, and business contacts about logistics services, including quotes, dispatch updates, deliveries, scheduling, and customer support.
2. Consent to Receive Text Messages
By providing your mobile phone number and affirmatively opting in (for example, by checking the SMS consent box on our quote form, rate calculator, or other web form, by replying to enroll, or by giving verbal or written consent during a service request), you expressly consent to receive recurring SMS/text messages from Vantari Group at the mobile number you provided, including messages sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or pre-recorded voice. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service.
3. Types of Messages
Once enrolled, you may receive messages such as:
- Quote acknowledgments, follow-ups, and rate confirmations
- Pickup, dispatch, delivery, ETA, and route status updates
- Appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and reminder messages
- Customer-care and support communications
- Account, billing, or service-coordination messages
- Occasional company news where permitted and based on consent
4. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies. You may receive messages based on your active quote, shipment, route, or service relationship with us. Active shipments or scheduled services may result in multiple operational messages.
5. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier and plan. Vantari Group does not charge for the messages themselves; however, your carrier’s standard messaging and data charges may apply to each message sent or received. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
6. How to Opt Out (STOP)
You may cancel the SMS Program at any time. Reply STOP to any message you receive from us, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from the Program. You will receive a one-time opt-out confirmation message, after which no further messages will be sent unless you re-enroll. If you wish to receive messages again, you can sign back up by following the original opt-in process.

8. Mobile Information & SMS Consent Privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories of personal information collected as part of the SMS Program — including mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent records — are excluded from being shared with any third party for marketing or promotional purposes. Information that may be shared is limited to subcontractors and service providers (such as our messaging platform, e.g. Twilio) that support the Program, and only to the extent necessary to deliver the messages.
9. Supported Carriers
The Program is available on most major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
10. Service-Related Communications
Even if you opt out of marketing or promotional messages, we may still contact you for active service, safety, billing, legal, or transactional matters where permitted by law.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Messaging Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted at this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Program after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
