1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Vantari Group, LLC website and logistics services. By requesting a quote, submitting shipment information, scheduling service, or using our website, you agree to these Terms.
2. Services Provided
Vantari Group provides logistics, box truck transportation, final-mile delivery, freight hauling, scheduled routes, white-glove delivery, overflow carrier support, and related business logistics services. Services are subject to availability, operational capacity, service area, and acceptance by Vantari.
3. Quotes, Rates, and Estimates
- Quotes are based on the information provided by the customer at the time of request.
- Final pricing may change if shipment details, route distance, cargo weight, dimensions, service type, wait time, number of stops, access requirements, fuel costs, or special handling needs differ from the original request.
- Estimated delivery windows are provided for planning purposes and are not guaranteed unless specifically agreed to in writing.
4. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate pickup, delivery, contact, cargo, weight, dimension, and scheduling information.
- Ensure items are properly packaged, secured, labeled, and ready for transport unless white-glove or packing services are expressly agreed upon.
- Confirm that cargo is lawful, safe, and suitable for transportation.
- Ensure pickup and delivery locations are accessible for the requested truck type and service.
- Notify Vantari in advance of stairs, elevators, appointment requirements, security gates, docks, limited access, residential delivery, or special handling needs.
5. Prohibited and Restricted Items
Customers may not tender illegal items, hazardous materials, firearms, explosives, controlled substances, live animals, perishables, currency, highly regulated materials, or other restricted items without prior written approval and compliance with applicable law.
6. Scheduling, Delays, and Accessorial Charges
Traffic, weather, road conditions, customer delays, mechanical issues, dock delays, acts of God, and other events outside our control may affect pickup or delivery timing. Additional charges may apply for detention, wait time, re-delivery, after-hours service, additional stops, special equipment, residential access, liftgate service, inside delivery, or changed shipment requirements.
7. Cargo Claims and Limitation of Liability
Vantari takes reasonable care in handling cargo. Unless a separate written agreement or additional cargo coverage applies, liability may be limited by applicable law, carrier terms, declared value, insurance coverage, and the nature of the service. Vantari is not responsible for pre-existing damage, insufficient packaging, concealed damage, customer loading errors, incorrect shipment information, or delays outside our reasonable control.
8. Payment Terms
Payment terms may include upfront payment, deposits, card payment, invoice billing, net terms for approved commercial accounts, or other written arrangements. Late payments may result in service suspension, collection activity, late fees, or interest where permitted by law.
9. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made as early as possible. Fees may apply when a truck, driver, route, labor, or dispatch resources have already been reserved or deployed.
10. Website Use
You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information, or use the website for unlawful purposes.
11. No Warranties
Services and website content are provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that every request can be accepted or that website content will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
